About the Blog

In 2013, one sleep-deprived university student launched a new blog, something she was in no way qualified or mentally prepared to do. In the seven years since, Tales of the Unpublished has followed me through several different chapters in my life--from moving across and between provinces, to embarking on a three-month internship in the states, to dropping out of, returning to, and eventually graduating from university. The blog has been through as many eras and transformations as I have, and through that process has taught me more about the craft--and myself--than I ever could have thought possible.

Most of my life has been defined by a single goal: publication. (It's still a work in progress.) Join me in my sometimes-regular updates--about life, the craft, and everything in between--as I hopefully, eventually, reach my goal.
